Please read these Terms carefully before using Cashlytics. By downloading or using the app you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Cashlytics ("the app," "we," "us") is a personal finance tracking application developed and operated by Khalid Saeed (iamandroid.eng@gmail.com). The app is distributed through the Google Play Store.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Cashlytics. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Cashlytics on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
All financial data (ledger entries, SMS captures, notebook notes) is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal financial information on our servers.
If you choose to use the optional Google Drive backup feature, your database
file is uploaded to your own Google Drive account using the
drive.appdata scope. We access only the Cashlytics app-data folder
and never read, modify, or list any other files in your Drive.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for any data you choose to back up.
Cashlytics uses the Google Drive API solely to back up and restore your local database at your explicit request. Our use of Google Drive complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.
On Android, Cashlytics may request permission to read SMS messages to auto-capture bank transaction notifications. SMS data is:
You can revoke SMS permission at any time in Android Settings without affecting other app functionality.
Cashlytics offers an optional one-time premium upgrade ("Cashlytics Premium") processed through Google Play Billing. All purchases are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service .
The free tier of Cashlytics displays ads served by Google AdMob. Ad delivery is subject to Google's advertising policies . You may be shown a consent dialog for personalised advertising in applicable regions (EEA, UK). Premium users see no ads.
Cashlytics is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that:
The app is a personal tracking tool only and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including but not limited to loss of data or financial loss, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or £10, whichever is greater).

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these services.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms. Termination does not affect any data stored locally on your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan, unless local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
